- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum computing applications
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Partner with VPs to integrate futuristic solutions into product roadmaps
- Present strategic tech forecasts to C-suite and board members
- Manage innovation labs focused on 2026+ breakthrough technologies
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives aligned with climate 2026 targets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products to market
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Experience leading global R&D teams across multiple disciplines
- Strong grasp of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
