Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum, AGI, bio-convergence)
- Architect innovation pipelines with 5-10 year implementation roadmaps
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical tech adoption and risk mitigation
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech into corporate vision
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology trends
- Produce thought leadership positioning Nexus as 2026 innovation leader
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive innovations to market
- Certification in futures thinking or strategic foresight (preferred)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- PhD or Master's in relevant STEM field (preferred)
