Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Facilitate innovation workshops with executive stakeholders
- Translate futuristic concepts into MVP prototypes and business cases
- Author thought leadership reports on technology's societal impact
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental projects
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps from concept to implementation
- Published thought leadership in tech/innovation publications
