Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration and AI governance frameworks
- Lead research on emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology interfaces, decentralized networks)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric data utilization
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-proof solutions using generative AI and spatial computing
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior engineers on future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized architectures
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future-facing technologies
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible innovation frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
