Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy roadmap

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech fields (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of commercializing research innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with startup or scale-up experience
