Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts and sustainability targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption across healthcare, energy, and logistics sectors
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and AI research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive ESG integration into technology lifecycle management
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging tech ethics and governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with proven 2025+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or spatial computing
- Experience with tech foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario analysis)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java) and data modeling tools
- Certification in sustainable tech governance (e.g., ISO 14064, TCFD framework)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented tech transformation initiatives
