Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, climate tech)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-ready solutions into product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions and tech accelerators
- Present future technology forecasts and recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices across all initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or biotech
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive boards and venture capital partners
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
