Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in quantum systems or AI governance
- Experience with global tech policy development
- Proven track record scaling innovative tech ventures
- Deep understanding of emerging tech commercialization
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic a plus
