- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers in agile development cycles
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Drive patent portfolios targeting 10+ breakthrough innovations annually
- Present disruptive solutions to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor emerging talent in emerging technology incubation programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record securing $3M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent patents
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 50+ professionals
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
