You'll lead cross-functional teams in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems while ensuring our ecosystem stays ahead of the curve in an era of exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and blockchain paradigms
- Lead R&D initiatives in next-gen human-machine interfaces and biotech convergence
- Drive innovation sprints with engineering/product teams for rapid prototyping
- Analyze global tech trends to identify competitive disruption opportunities
- Develop patent strategies for emerging IP in autonomous systems and neurotech
- Partner with VCs to scout and acquire breakthrough startups
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, or neuromorphic chips
- Proven track record launching tech products with >$100M ARR
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for frontier tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/Nature journals
- Experience scaling teams through hypergrowth phases
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., Foresight Pro)
