Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for next-gen AI systems
- Identify emerging tech trends and translate them into actionable business strategies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with long-term vision
- Manage R&D budget allocation for experimental projects with 5+ year impact
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum applications
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year roadmap delivery
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering from Tier 1 institution
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conference proceedings
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market leadership
- Deep familiarity with regulatory landscapes for advanced autonomous systems
