Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum/AI/biotech convergence
- Lead stakeholder workshops with C-suite executives and government agencies
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for prototype development
- Author white papers on ethical AI deployment for G7 summits
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on emerging tech ethics standards
- Present at Davos and Web Summit on future tech governance
- Mentor PhD fellows through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Published work on quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/Nature)
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/VC funding
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- CISSP certification with quantum security specialization
- Portfolio of deployed AI/quantum solutions impacting 1M+ users
