Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or neurotechnology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Track record of influencing global tech policy initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for market expansion
- Certification in emerging tech impact assessment frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies
