Responsibilities
- Design and execute technology strategy for 2026-2028 product roadmap
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Collaborate with C-suite on AI ethics and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Develop patentable innovations in spatial computing and decentralized systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development methodologies
- Establish industry partnerships for emerging technology adoption
- Present strategic visions at global tech conferences and summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI/Quantum Physics
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, ACM)
- Experience leading teams of 15+ engineers/researchers
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Track record of launching at least two commercialized innovations
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse, and neurotech ecosystems
- Certified in AWS/Azure quantum computing services
