- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Champion ethical tech development frameworks and responsible innovation
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation strategies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products (3+ successful case studies)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 500+ technical professionals
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or Innovation Management (CIM)
