Responsibilities

- Partner with engineering teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Develop ethical guidelines for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and investors
- Manage innovation incubator projects with $5M+ budgets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy with future-focused planning experience
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Experience with cross-functional leadership in agile environments
- Published research in emerging tech or future studies
