Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
