Responsibilities

- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and competitive landscapes
- Architect innovation frameworks for integrating breakthrough technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish partnerships with academic research labs, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-readiness and adaptive technology adoption
- Author thought leadership publications on technology trends and market disruption vectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three frontier tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, advanced materials, etc.)
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in reputable tech or business publications
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on innovation transformation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
