- Mentor junior researchers in future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in quantum computing and generative AI architectures
- Proven track record of scaling R&D budgets >$10M
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Certification in Tech Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with regulatory compliance for emerging tech (FDA, FCC)
