Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen digital experiences
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption impact
- Develop strategic partnerships with academia and industry leaders for R&D collaboration
- Present technology forecasts and implementation strategies to C-suite executives
- Drive culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech platforms with $100M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience building and leading global innovation teams
