Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for technology adoption and implementation through 2026
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with C-suite to define technology investment priorities
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and drive organizational alignment
- Monitor competitor tech landscapes and identify first-mover opportunities
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and technology maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
- Strong financial acumen for tech investment analysis and ROI modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
