Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI-human collaboration systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, molecular nanotech)
- Strategize carbon-negative manufacturing processes for tech hardware
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Partner with academic institutions to accelerate R&D cycles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in exponential technologies
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to production
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field preferred
- Deep expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
