Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future tech solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging tech initiatives and measure ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech focus
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
