Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bio-computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning for paradigm-shifting technologies with 3-5 year adoption cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board with data-driven impact projections
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen technology implementation
- Partner with venture capital to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Represent InnovateNext at global tech summits and industry foresight forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading technology adoption cycles from R&D to market
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Executive experience presenting complex tech narratives to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$10M with measurable ROI
