Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum algorithms and neural network optimization
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen human-AI interface protocols
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget across 5 R&D centers
- Identify emerging tech disruptors through competitive intelligence
- Build partnerships with NASA, ESA, and private space ventures
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems to 10M+ user bases
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum machine learning
- Experience with ISO 26000 ESG compliance for tech products
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and distributed computing architectures
- Security clearance (preferred) or ability to obtain Tier 3 clearance
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German (for global partnerships)
