Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven impact on 2020+ digital transformations
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, federated learning, and carbon-neutral architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech (2020-2023)
- Experience leading $50M+ tech portfolios with ROI >300%
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on future tech
- Proficiency in predictive modeling for tech adoption curves
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
