Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Quantum Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum startups to unicorn valuation
- Expertise in ISO 26000 and UN SDG tech frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals (2020-2024)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
