Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026 technology adoption strategies for AI/ML, quantum computing, and spatial computing
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $10M+ annual innovation budget
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5+ year commercial viability
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and DARPA research initiatives
- Drive patent development for breakthrough technologies (target: 15+ patents/year)
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from research to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI safety, neuromorphic chips, or Web3.0
- Experience managing $5M+ R&D budgets and cross-functional teams
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Strong network with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
