- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Build and mentor cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, and futurists
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching disruptive products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
