Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite to align tech investments with business transformation goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with billion-dollar market potential
- Build and lead a world-class innovation lab with 15+ specialists
- Drive patent development and intellectual property monetization
- Present strategic vision to investors and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough products
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech ecosystems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
- Strong network with VCs, startups, and research institutions
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Experience managing $50M+ R&D budgets
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
