Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and market trend analysis
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical executives

- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning (e.g., CTP, CTO)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year technology implementation strategies
