Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies through 2026
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech innovation with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential acquisition/partnerships
- Present technology forecasts and impact assessments to stakeholders
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across global operations
- Mentor next-generation tech innovators through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech solutions to enterprise level
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Experience with venture capital or startup ecosystem
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Fluency in technical implementation and business translation
- Global team leadership experience across 3+ continents
