Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 tech leaders
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Oversee prototype development and pilot program execution
- Drive patent strategy and IP portfolio expansion
- Mentor junior technologists in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or senior R&D leadership
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with international tech ecosystems and regulatory frameworks
- Certified in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences
