Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and ethics teams
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, synthetic biology
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience with government innovation grants and SBIR programs
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
