Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and company vision for 2026+
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies including quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and decentralized AI
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into commercial offerings
- Build and lead a specialized innovation lab focused on prototyping next-gen solutions
- Represent company at global tech summits and shape industry standards for ethical AI development
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing architectures and scalable system design
- Analyze geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment in 2026+ landscape
Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing future-facing technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive-level communication skills
- Published author or keynote speaker on technology's societal impact by 2026
- Fluency in at least two programming languages and cloud-native architectures
