Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0)
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives with R&D, product, and business teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for future tech trends
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for future projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, IoT, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO, TOGAF) preferred
- Portfolio of successful tech transformation initiatives required
