- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for prototype development and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record leading AI/quantum computing initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Published research in IEEE journals or top-tier tech conferences (2020-2024)
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with circular economy principles in tech manufacturing
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
