Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with global tech ecosystems, startups, and research institutions
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- mentor junior innovation specialists and foster a culture of forward-thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related C-suite role
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess complex technological ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to stakeholders
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA/MS/MEng preferred)
- Published thought leadership in future technology or innovation strategy
- Certifications in emerging technologies or strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, CSTE)
