Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to market leadership
- Executive-level stakeholder communication and influence
- MBA or equivalent technical master's degree required
- Published research or patents in future technologies preferred
- Experience with scenario planning for disruptive change
