Responsibilities
- Lead R&D roadmap for 2026-era technologies including quantum algorithms and neuromorphic computing

- Conduct market analysis for emerging tech adoption trends across verticals
- Oversee prototype development and beta testing of future-facing solutions
- Create ethical frameworks for AI and automation deployment
- Present strategic initiatives to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology integration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and sustainability tech standards
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Certification in Strategic Technology Management (STM) required
