Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating emerging paradigms (quantum AI, neurointerfaces, climate-tech)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with $50M+ impact potential
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with ESG and UN SDG frameworks
- Author thought leadership publications at Davos and Web Summit venues
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our FutureTech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in emerging tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn experience
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurism (or equivalent impact)
- Published 3+ peer-reviewed papers on 2030+ tech forecasting
- Fluency in Web3, AR/VR, and bio-convergence ecosystems
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $1B+ valuations
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Governance (ISO 20700)
- Keynote speaker credentials at 5+ major tech conferences
