Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI ethics and quantum integration
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business vision
- Build and mentor high-performance innovation teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets
- Present strategies to global stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Experience with agile methodologies and SDLC
- Strong analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Certified Futurist or similar designation preferred
