- Lead cross-functional research and development initiatives to prototype future-state solutions.
- Partner with product teams to integrate cutting-edge tech stacks that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Monitor global tech trends and competitor innovations to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or product management.
- Proven track record of leading strategic planning cycles for major corporate milestones.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and future tech trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience presenting to executive boards.
