Responsibilities

- Secure $10M+ in venture capital for experimental projects
- Publish 3+ white papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Lead patent development for at least 2 breakthrough technologies
- Advise C-suite on emerging regulatory landscapes
- Coordinate with UN agencies on SDG-aligned tech initiatives
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent experience
- 15+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 impact
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML systems to >1B users
- Published research in top-tier scientific journals
- Deep expertise in carbon-negative tech solutions
- Fluency in at least 3 programming languages (Python, Rust, Haskell)
- Experience with federal tech policy development
- Portfolio of 5+ patented innovations
