Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational growth goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab focused on 2026+ technology horizons
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts to inform strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech innovations
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Foresight methodologies (e.g., CTS, CFIP)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ technologists and designers
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, blockchain scalability solutions, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
