Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for emerging domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech trends to identify competitive advantages and market disruption opportunities
- Develop patent portfolios and IP protection strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future technology integration
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling enterprise-grade solutions in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least three future-tech verticals (e.g., AI, biotech, quantum)
- Executive-level presentation skills with C-suite/board experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
- Certification in emerging technology frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams
