Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 3+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or neurotech implementation
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with 7-figure budgets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Futurism preferred
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
