Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive stakeholders with data-driven impact analyses
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Manage $50M+ R&D budgets for future technology incubation programs
- Represent InnovateX at global tech forums and shape industry standards for 2026
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, or Web3
- Executive-level experience leading $100M+ digital transformation initiatives
- Published research or patents in future technologies (IEEE/ACM publications)
- Certified in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or similar) and ML frameworks
- Track record of launching technologies with >10M user impact
