- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record commercializing AI/quantum/blockchain solutions
- Expertise in tech forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong network with Silicon Valley and global tech innovation hubs
- Experience presenting to C-suite boards and investment committees
