- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, metaverse) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement future-ready digital transformation initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform long-term tech investments
- Architect scalable solutions addressing future workforce and customer experience needs
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Foster innovation culture through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in implementing disruptive technologies at enterprise scale
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI, blockchain, IoT, or AR/VR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in strategic planning or innovation management (e.g., CSM, PMP)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech initiatives
